Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, intake form, or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number, project details, and sample information. Your clients are your clients. IRIS receives samples, performs analysis, and returns results. We have no interest in your client relationships, your contracts, or your project details. Nothing beyond the analytical result leaves our facility without your authorization.
Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to deliver our services, for example, with accredited partner laboratories that perform certain analyses (such as PFAS and TCLP) under our chain-of-custody, or where required by law. Service providers are bound to use the information solely to perform services on our behalf.
